Exchange / Return Policy

Looking at returning / exchanging your product? It’s simple. You have to raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery of the product. 

 How Do I raise a Exchange/return request?

You can raise a Exchange/ Return request on anddazelucknowi@gmail.com within 24hours of receiving the delivery.

Note :-For partial Exchange/returns only the product(s) that you wish to exchange needs to be mentioned while raising the Exchange/return request along with the order id. 

Our customer support team will get back to you within 24 working hours of receiving the request.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Made to measure products are not eligible for Exchange/returns. Due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colors, etc., there might be a slight color difference. Therefore, we will be unable to provide exchange/return requests under color difference, quality, etc. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

Exchange is allowed once per order.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Refund will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unused, with original packaging).

An unboxing video needs to be taken while opening your parcel. You need to ensure this for the purpose of replacement & return in case the product is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product. In case an unboxing video is not made; we cannot assure the replacement or return of the products.

Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, you will receive the requested (new) size to you within 5-7 working days.

The Shipping charges for per product is to be paid by the respective buyer. 

There may be certain cases when the requested product size may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note for the total item(s) amount. We reserves the right to decide if the product is in the appropriate condition for exchange/return
and such decision shall be final and binding. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid and COD orders within 24 hours of order placement. In case of prepaid orders, we can offer you a refund or a credit note for the same amount.
